東京・八重洲に、コメを楽しむレストラン「ASTERISCO」OPEN
奥野義幸シェフがプロデュースする、お米と楽しむイタリアンレストラン「ASTERISCO（アステリスコ）が、
東京・八重洲に新しくできた複合施設「YANMAR TOKYO」2Fにオープンします。
ASTERISCOは「お米と楽しむイタリアンレストラン」
ワゴンやトレイから選ぶバリエーション豊かな小皿料理。
厨房で仕上げる薫り、音、温度にこだわったメインディッシュ。
最後に、肉、魚介、野菜の旨みを一滴残らず、日本のお米に封じ込めていただく。
イタリアのレストラン文化のように、家族、友人、カップル、グループで楽しめる
アラカルトスタイルのレストランです。
予約開始は2023年1月4日（水）予定です。

It will open on the 2nd floor of the new complex facility “YANMAR TOKYO” in Yaesu, Tokyo.
ASTERISCO is an Italian restaurant where you can enjoy rice.
Variety of small plate dishes to choose from wagons and trays.
The main dish is cooked with particular attention to aroma, sound, and temperature.
All the flavors of meat, seafood, and vegetables are lock in Japanese rice.
Enjoy à la carte Italian cuisine with your family, friends, couples and groups.
Reservations are scheduled to start on January 4, 2023 (Wednesday).

奥野義幸
和歌山県の料亭に生まれ育ち、子供のころから料亭や料理旅館へ家族で行き和食に精通するようになる。米国の大学卒業後、企業に勤めるものの飲食への思いがあり、当時はやっていたイタリア料理の世界に興味を持つ。都内のイタリア料理店を経てイタリアへ料理留学。イタリア全州にて各地の料理を学び、1つ星・2つ星を取得している8店舗にても経験を積む。特にピエモンテ州、リグーリア州の料理を得意とする。現在オーナーシェフを勤めるラ･ブリアンツァではピエモンテ州の特徴を組み込んだトリュフのオーブン焼きに定評がある。
オーナーシェフとしてイタリアンを基本とした奥野スタイルの料理を展開する他に日本各地と海外に数々の店舗向けに経営コンサルティング及びレシピを提供している。
和歌山県出身。
米国の大学を卒業後、不動産業界を経て飲食業界へ。
東京のイタリア料理店数点を経て渡伊。
ピエモンテ州「アル ロドデンドロ」1つ星、
リグーリア州「サンジョルジョ」1つ星、
ロンバルディア州「アル・ベルサリエレ」2つ星など計8店舗。
イタリア全土で修行後帰国。
Born and raised in the family that owned the traditional Japanese restaurant “ryotei” in Wakayama prefecture, Chef Okuno came to appreciate only the highest quality ingredients. After graduating from university in the US, he came back to J ap an and worked for a real estate investment firm . Despite his successes, he was drawn back to the culinary world. After being introduced to the complexity of Italian cuisine while training in Tokyo, he moved to Italy to be trained in Michelin starred rest aurants mainly in the northern regions of Italy such as Piedmont, Liguria and Lombardy. And so naturally, the provenance of his signature dishes such as egg gratin with sliced truffles and linguine with fresh basil pesto sauce tend to draw their genealogy from these regions.
Currently, he owns the Brianza Group that has four restaurants and consults a number of restaurants.
We will provide safe and secure food that connects lives, and create a space full of smiles where people can connect with each other.
